What is your return policy?
Defective returns will be accepted within 14 days, excluding holidays. For purchases made November 28th thru January 1st we will accept defective returns and exchanges within 30 days. As always, please contact us with any questions.
How do you ship?
Great question! We charge a rate of $8 for the first item and $1 per additional item via USPS Ground. Other options at checkout are USPS Priority, UPS and FedEx. All rates are calculated by weight through the carrier.
We pack to protect your purchases which may affect weights. If you prefer different packing materials just let us know.
